We are currently looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Define and implement the marketing plan to promote the commercial development and communication of the company;
- Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns with our team, ensuring strategic monitoring of the sector and TREES values;
- Create content, in accordance with the content strategy, for the website, landing pages, newsletters and social media;
- Monitor and improve the results of natural referencing, SEO, website, paid advertising;
- Evaluate and report on the results of the implementation of marketing campaigns and plans;
- Measure the performance of social media initiatives implemented: traffic acquisition, user engagement, etc.
- Manage relations with the media and partners;
The successful candidate must be creative, passionate about marketing and proactive. Versatile and flexible, they must be resourceful, organized and motivated to work in a small, large Quebec company.

SKILLS:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing/communication, content management, digital design or equivalent relevant experience;
- Experience in digital campaign management or similar roles;
- Experience in website design and development is an asset;
- Ability to identify good marketing opportunities and make relevant recommendations;
- Essential bilingualism, both verbal and written;
- Collaborative spirit;
- Rigor, thoroughness and attention to detail;
- Autonomy and sense of initiative;
- Very creative and resourceful;
- Organized and structured;
- Dynamic and professional;
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook ads, Shopify;
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and work in a team;
The position: Part-time or more, depending on the need and the evolution of the position.
