ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / CUSTOMER SERVICE

In a relaxed working environment within a small, dynamic team. We are currently looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant!

Located in the heart of the Laurentians, you will benefit from a relaxed working environment, just steps from the bike trails, ski resorts and the Petit Train du Nord trail.

The position: 

Part-time during the week, during the day - possibility of becoming full-time.

Part-time hours: 25-30 per week.

Your role will mainly be to perform various tasks related to administration, while occupying a customer service role.

Here's what you can expect every day:

  • Sales and customer service support (B2B, ecom tracking, emails);
  • Produce invoices for customers from delivery notes;
  • Enter customer purchase orders into the system;
  • Manage returns;
  • Process credits and collections; (Shopify & Sage50)
  • Customer account monitoring (call, email);
  • Proceed with opening customer accounts;
  • Creation of product sheet (Sage50);
  • Coordination of new product entries into sales channels,
  • Writing, layout, internal and external communication emails;
  • Creation of various Excel tables;
  • Other tasks supporting the management of the company
  • Stimulating work environment and daily challenges.

Profile sought:

You are a seasoned multitasker! Versatile, autonomous, able to manage different priorities, you have relevant experience in a similar position and appreciate a friendly work environment while being professional and organized.

Comfortable with computers in general, you are interested in learning new software and new platforms.

Bilingual, you converse easily in both languages ​​and enjoy talking with customers.

Essential skills:

  • Bilingual, spoken and written: French (excellent) – English (advanced)
  • Office Suite: Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Sage 50 or other accounting software
  • Shopify, an asset
